Expertise in acoustics and in noise control is required in judicial proceedings involving noise pollution, but a qualified practitioner in acoustics should also be able to provide advice that effectively reduces, or even eliminates, the need for litigation. C&C Consultants provides seminars to architects and engineers to insure that the firm's expertise is used to prevent potential construction and noise pollution issues.
When expert opinion is sought in administrative or judicial proceedings, C&C Consultants will prepare reports for local authorities, and give depositions and testimonies for the Courts. The cases are carefully reviewed before being selected, and expert review is provided for situation dealing with noise pollution assessment, industrial and residential noise compliance, and intellectual property issues in audio and acoustics.
